I'm open to offers! (And the shipping is an estimate from Reverb for 2-day UPS. I promised the wife I'd sell a guitar before I bought another synth toy. Some of the pickup pole pieces have vintage patina. Is very low and hard to see but I tried to photograph it. It's in near mint condition with only a slight indentation near the edge above the bridge pickup. Not to mention, is pretty nice to look at too! All 80s sentimentality aside, this is a serious players guitar that can cover a lot of ground at any live gig or studio session.
VINTAGE TOM ANDERSON GUITARS FULL
Suffice to say, this guitar is loads of fun for those of you who (like me) grew up playing this style of guitar, or for any of you that have always wanted to! The ingenious "Switcheroo" pickup switching system allows you to preset any combination of either humbucking (stacked, for the neck and middle pickups) or single coil modes for all three pickups, but then also has a "blower" switch which bypasses the other three and turns on the bridge pickup only in full "blown" humbucking mode. (And rephotograph for you.) If you want the synth, it's set up at the perfect height/angle and tracks like a dream. If you're interested in the guitar without the synth, let me know and I'll remove it and fill the hole. This model is called a Tom Anderson Drop Top, and has a HSS configuration with a plethora of switches and tonal options base on the HSS model. I can remove the Roland GK-2A guitar synth and it will leave two tiny holes between the bridge and bridge pickup. Tom Anderson Electric Guitars - Classic S - Olympic White Custom Alder body with aged white pickguard 25 1/2 scale length Maple neck with Even-Taper +. Here we have a Strat like guitar, built along the custom built Strat models. Best of all, it has the original headstock shape that I believe is a lot better looking than the current 'blade' style. Absolutely stunning one-piece quilted maple body, and it still only weighs 7.52 lbs? Check. SUPER-slim (1 5/8" at the first fret) maple neck with jumbo frets and Pau Ferro Fingerboard Check. Sunken genuine Floyd Rose tremolo (vibrato still the best)? Check. One of the earliest examples of a Tom Anderson Grand Am from 1989, and man does it have all the hallmarks! Thick, rich, honking, bridge pickup? Check.
